Costs:

Total cost will be $175 for registration and hotel for students, Cost for chaperones is $100.  $50 to secure your spot is due Jan 1.  You may pay all at that time, or you may pay $50 by  Jan. 1 and your remaining balance by  Feb. 1, 2022.    If you have not paid before Feb. 1, and you want to go, late registration will be $200.    If your plans change and you notify Evan Rippee or Kimberly Rippee by Jan 15, you will receive all of your deposit back.  After Jan 15th, no refunds will be issued because funds will already have been paid for registration and the hotel.  If your balance has not been paid by Feb. 1st, it will be assumed that you are not going to attend Winterfest.

 

Money will be needed for meals for the weekend.

Friday 

•  Breakfast & Lunch -- On the road, something like Wendy's or McDonalds.

•  Dinner   - Gatlinburg

Saturday

• Breakfast -- At Cabins (Provided by NS)

• Lunch – your choice in groups before Afternoon Session 

• Dinner – your choice in groups before Evening Session

Sunday

• Breakfast– At Cabins (Provided by NS)

• Lunch – Gatlinburg before loading the bus

• Dinner – On the road, something like Wendy's or McDonalds
